Terms and Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers are entitled to cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The 14-day period to return the product begins once the customer has notified us of their intention to withdraw.

2. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us by email. Products must be returned in reasonable condition. While we strongly recommend using the original 100% recycled plastic box and internal protective wrapping to prevent damage during return transit, failure to do so does not invalidate the return, though the consumer may be liable for diminished value if the product is damaged due to improper packaging. Hardware must be returned complete. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the hardware is defective.

3. Shipping & Non-Delivery

If your shipment has not arrived within 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), please notify Elli-Decor immediately. For replacement items, customers must execute a “Non-Delivery Declaration” to verify the loss before a secondary shipment is authorized.
