This data is utilized exclusively for order fulfilment, payment processing, and logistics synchronization via our partners Odoo (hosting), SoundCloud (shipping management), and our carriers (e.g., DPD, PostAT).

All information is stored on secure servers utilizing encryption protocols. We retain your data for a period of 7 years to satisfy Belgian tax and accounting obligations, after which it is permanently purged.
